Key Features
The Philips L-Line 7000 Series 22BDL7319L/00 is a 22-inch indoor LED signage cabinet built for modular display projects where shape, size, and consistent presentation matter. Its 500 x 250 x 40 mm die-cast aluminium cabinet has a 256 x 128 resolution, 1.9 mm pixel pitch, and 2:1 aspect ratio. A 45-degree side angle and seamless linking support distinctive display configurations, while guide pins and a 3.26 kg cabinet weight assist with physical assembly.
This model is suited to indoor, landscape-oriented LED signage installations that require multiple cabinets to form a larger display. The 45-degree side angle makes it relevant for layouts that need angled cabinet geometry rather than a conventional flat arrangement alone. Its 22-inch diagonal and 500 x 250 mm face provide a defined modular building block for projects requiring custom shapes or dimensions. The 1.9 mm pixel pitch, wide colour gamut display, and broad viewing angles also support applications where image detail and visibility from different positions are important.
Each cabinet provides 32,768 pixels in a 256 x 128 arrangement. The SMD 1515 copper-wire LEDs use a 1R1G1B pixel constitution and deliver 1200 nits before calibration or 900 nits after calibration. Brightness uniformity is rated at at least 97%, while the typical contrast ratio is 3500:1. Horizontal and vertical viewing angles are both specified at 160 degrees. These characteristics give system designers concrete performance values for planning a consistent indoor LED display rather than relying on an unspecified modular panel.
The die-cast aluminium cabinet incorporates guide pins and is described as lightweight, with each cabinet weighing 3.26 kg. Data connectivity uses RJ45, including RJ45 signal-control loop-through. A single Novastar A5S Plus receiving card is installed in each cabinet. Power connects through a three-core socket, and the cabinet accepts AC100~240 V input. Power loop-through supports 16 cabinets or fewer in 230 V environments and eight cabinets or fewer in 110 V environments. One power cable, one RJ45 CAT-5 LAN cable, and one quick-start guide are included.
The cabinet carries an IP30 rating and is specified for indoor use. Its operating range is 20~45 °C with 10~80% relative humidity, while storage specifications are 20~50 °C and 10~85% relative humidity. Conformal coating is included. These published limits should be considered when selecting the installation environment and planning cabinet ventilation and protection.
Brightness and colour calibration are supported, with a default colour temperature of 6500±500 K and an adjustable range of 4000~9500 K. The display supports 50 Hz and 60 Hz frame frequencies and has a refresh-rate range of 2100~3900 Hz. Picture enhancement is identified as wide colour gamut display. Rated LED lifetime is 100,000 hours at half brightness.
Published power figures include typical consumption below 21.67 W and black-screen consumption below 9 W. Maximum power consumption is listed below 85 W for BC and below 65 W for AC. These cabinet-level values provide specific inputs for estimating the electrical requirements of a linked installation.
The combination of a 45-degree side angle, 2:1 cabinet aspect ratio, and seamless-linking design distinguishes this model as a component for displays with less conventional shapes and sizes. Each 249.9 x 249.9 mm module provides a 128 x 128 resolution, while the complete cabinet maintains a slim 40 mm depth. The cabinet also carries BS 476 Part 7:1997, DIN4102-1, and UL94 fire-retardancy certifications. Listed regulatory approvals include EN55032, EN55035, IEC/UL60950, IEC/UL62368, IEC62471, RoHS, FCC SDOC Part 15 Class A, and EAC.
The 22BDL7319L/00 combines defined modular geometry with detailed image, integration, and environmental specifications. Its 1.9 mm pixel pitch, calibrated 900-nit brightness, 3500:1 typical contrast, 160-degree viewing angles, RJ45 loop-through, and Novastar receiving hardware make it a clearly specified option for indoor linked LED signage. A two-year warranty accompanies the cabinet.
