Easy 30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. You can start a return online through your account, by email, or by phone.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free promotional items included. If your order included a free bonus item, that item must be returned as well; otherwise its retail value may be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

Locate Your Order

Sign in to My Account and open Order History, or use your order confirmation email. Select the item(s) you want to return.

Request an RMA

Start a return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid or printable label. Contact us if you need help.

Pack, Label & Ship

Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, write the RMA on the outside, attach the label, and drop it with the carrier.

All returns require an RMA number. Packages sent back without an RMA may be delayed or refused. Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of inspection. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Refunds cover the original purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If you need help selecting a comparable product, our support team is happy to assist by phone, chat, or email.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

For manufacturer defects discovered after this window, coverage may fall under the product's manufacturer warranty — our team can help you start a warranty claim.

Restocking & Return Shipping

Most returns in new, resalable condition are not charged a restocking fee. Items returned incomplete, used, or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% or a partial refund.

Except for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for a return we do not receive.

Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special-order, custom-configured, or clearance/final-sale items
  • Opened software, downloadable content, and gift cards
  • Consumables and personal-use items opened after delivery
  • Items missing serial numbers or manufacturer packaging

Any exceptions will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
