AudioVideoNation accepts the payment methods below for online orders. The options you can use are shown at checkout and can depend on your order, your device and your location.
Pay online at checkout
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card payments are processed securely by Authorize.Net. You can choose to save your card for faster checkout next time.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account. After you place your order, a secure PayPal window opens to complete payment.
Google Pay
Available for U.S. orders in U.S. dollars on supported devices and browsers. Google Pay works with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB cards saved to your Google account.
May also be offered
- Apple Pay (through PayPal) may be offered on eligible Apple devices and browsers. PayPal determines eligibility, so it may not appear for every order.
- PayPal Pay Later (such as Pay in 4) may be offered on eligible orders. PayPal determines eligibility and terms, and approval isn't guaranteed.
If an option doesn't appear at checkout, it isn't available for that order or device. Please choose another method or contact us.
Business, government, education and worship accounts
Purchase orders and NET 30 terms
Purchase orders and NET 30 terms are available to qualified government, education, corporate and worship accounts. They're arranged through a quote request, not through online checkout. Request a quote or call (800) 581-6868.
Wire transfer
Wire transfer is available for large orders only when reviewed and confirmed in writing by our team. Wire transfer, ACH and bank transfer can't be selected at online checkout.
Tax-exempt purchasing
Approved tax-exempt business accounts are charged $0 sales tax at checkout. If your documents are still pending review, tax is charged on the order and refunded after approval if eligible. If an exemption has expired or wasn't approved, submit updated documentation in the business tab of your account to restore tax-free ordering.
Freight and international orders
- Freight items (LTL freight) can be ordered at online checkout with any of the payment methods above. The freight charge is shown at checkout when a live rate is available; otherwise it is quoted after you place your order.
- International, APO/FPO and U.S. territory orders: contact us for availability, a quote and payment options.
Payment security
Checkout is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Card details are tokenized by our payment providers, and AudioVideoNation doesn't store full card numbers. See our Privacy Policy.
Payment FAQ
Can I pay with a purchase order or on NET 30 terms?
Yes, if you have a qualified government, education, corporate or worship account. POs and NET 30 terms are set up through a quote request; there's no online PO checkout. Request a quote.
Do you accept wire transfers?
For large orders, yes, but only when reviewed and confirmed in writing by our team. Contact us before sending any funds.
How do I buy tax-exempt?
Submit current tax-exempt documentation for review in your business account. Tax remains applicable until approval. Once approved, eligible orders show $0 tax at checkout. Our Terms note that business or resale buyers may need to provide a valid tax-exemption certificate or resale permit.
Do you offer financing?
PayPal Pay Later may be offered on eligible orders; PayPal determines eligibility and terms. Any other financing is confirmed by our sales team.
Why don't I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
These wallets only appear on supported devices and browsers. Google Pay is for U.S. orders in U.S. dollars, and Apple Pay eligibility is set by PayPal.
Where are refunds sent?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for timing.
