Most in-stock orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Options and charges are shown at checkout; promotional free shipping applies only to qualifying contiguous-U.S. orders and may exclude oversized or freight items.

We primarily ship within the United States. Contact us for availability and a quote for international, APO/FPO, or U.S. territory orders. Recipients are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to condition requirements and exclusions. Contact support for an RMA before shipping. Customers normally pay return shipping except for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items reported under the policy. A manufacturer warranty may apply to an eligible product. Coverage, term, and claim rules vary by product, condition, manufacturer, and seller channel; open-box and refurbished terms may differ. Optional protection plans apply only when offered, and their provider documents control. Contact us before ordering if warranty eligibility is important.

Checkout shows the payment methods currently available for your order and device. Business purchase orders, payment terms, and wire transfers are available only when reviewed and confirmed in writing. Any financing or pay-later option is subject to the provider's eligibility requirements and terms.
