Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or a partner warehouse, which can affect processing and delivery times. Estimated availability is shown on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Available methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and the speed you select.

Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, are applied automatically at checkout to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Oversized, heavy, or freight items may be excluded.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote destinations can extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also view status anytime in Order Tracking under your account.

Large, Freight & Signature Items

Large or high-value equipment may ship by freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window; curbside delivery is standard unless upgraded services are purchased.

Certain high-value orders require an adult signature on delivery for your protection. Please inspect freight shipments before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

International & APO/FPO

We primarily ship within the United States. For international, APO/FPO, or U.S. territory orders, please contact us for availability and a quote. International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for related details.
