Key Features
The Philips L-Line 7000 Series 41BDL7219L/00 is designed for indoor LED signage layouts that depend on cabinet-to-cabinet linking rather than a fixed-format screen. Seamless linking and multiple size options allow the 1000 x 250 mm cabinet to serve as a building block for displays in custom shapes and sizes. Its 4:1 aspect ratio, landscape placement, and 40 mm depth suit wide configurations assembled from multiple cabinets. A 1.9 mm pixel pitch, 512 x 128 cabinet resolution, and 160-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles support content visibility across a broad viewing area. The cabinet carries an IP30 rating and is specified for indoor use.
Image performance centers on 900 nits of brightness after calibration, a typical 3500:1 contrast ratio, and brightness uniformity of at least 97%. Brightness before calibration is specified at 1200 nits, while both brightness and colour calibration are supported for a controlled finished display. Wide colour gamut picture enhancement is complemented by an adjustable colour temperature range of 4000 to 9500 K and a default setting of 6500 +/- 500 K. The SMD LED system has a stated lifetime of 100,000 hours at half brightness, supporting applications where extended operating life is an important specification.
The cabinet measures 1000 x 250 x 40 mm, covers 0.25 square metres, and weighs 6.25 kg. Its die-cast aluminium construction, guide pins, and listed lightweight design are intended to simplify positioning and assembly. An RJ45 connector handles cabinet data, while RJ45 signal-control loop-through supports linked installations. The integrated receiving system consists of one Novastar A5S Plus receiving card. Power is supplied through a three-core socket with an AC 100 to 240 V input range. In 230 V environments, power loop-through supports eight cabinets or fewer; in 110 V environments, it supports four cabinets or fewer. Listed consumption figures are under 41.67 W typical AC, under 125 W maximum AC, under 11 W with a black screen, and under 150 W maximum BC. Two power cables, two RJ45 CAT-5 LAN cables, and one quick-start guide are included.
The display uses SMD 1515 copper-wire LEDs in a 1R1G1B pixel constitution. Each 249.9 x 249.9 mm module has a resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, while the complete cabinet provides 512 x 128 resolution. The specified refresh-rate range is 2100 to 3900 Hz, with support for 50 Hz and 60 Hz frame frequencies. These capabilities are paired with brightness and colour calibration support, wide colour gamut picture enhancement, and 160-degree viewing angles on both axes. A 90-degree side angle is also specified, adding another defined cabinet characteristic for system planning.
The cabinet combines a distinctive 4:1 format with the Philips L-Line 7000 Series approach to seamless linking and flexible display sizing. Its 40.6-inch cabinet diagonal and shallow 40 mm construction provide an elongated LED canvas without changing the 1.9 mm pixel pitch. Conformal coating is included. Fire-retardancy certifications include BS 476 Part 7:1997, UL94, and DIN4102-1. Listed regulatory approvals include RoHS, EAC, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3, IEC/UL60950, IEC/UL62368, IEC62471, EN55032, EN55035, and FCC SDOC Part 15 Class A. The model is covered by a two-year warranty.
The 41BDL7219L/00 is a focused choice for indoor, landscape LED signage built from linked cabinets. Its specification balances a fine 1.9 mm pixel pitch with 900-nit calibrated brightness, 3500:1 typical contrast, broad viewing angles, and a refresh rate reaching 3900 Hz. The slim die-cast aluminium cabinet, guide-pin installation features, RJ45 signal architecture, and defined power-loop limits provide concrete information for integration planning. Operating conditions are specified at 20 to 45 degrees C and 10% to 80% relative humidity, with storage conditions of 20 to 50 degrees C and 10% to 85% relative humidity.
