Sonance VP62R TL SST/SUR 6.5" In-Ceiling Speaker (Each)

High-Performance Audio for Tight Ceilings

Part of Sonance’s acclaimed Visual Performance Series, the VP62R TL SST/SUR (Thin Line) is expertly designed for installation environments where standard deep-profile architectural speakers simply won't fit. Boasting a 34% shallower mounting depth than standard models, this speaker easily bypasses tight ceiling cavities, HVAC ducts, or structural joists without sacrificing acoustic performance.

Versatile Single-Stereo & Surround Design

Equipped with a dual-voice-coil 6.5-inch textured polypropylene woofer and dual cloth-dome, ferrofluid-cooled pivoting tweeters, this single-speaker setup can effortlessly reproduce both left and right stereo channels from a single location. This makes it an ideal choice for smaller rooms, hallways, bathrooms, or as a dedicated surround-sound effects channel in home theaters. The pivoting tweeters allow you to precisely angle high frequencies toward your primary listening area for optimal clarity.

Discreet, Paintable Aesthetics

Engineered to disappear into your interior design, the speaker features Sonance’s signature low-profile, paintable grille that matches the ceiling plane cleanly. Backed by a wide 45Hz – 20kHz frequency response and robust power handling (up to 125W), the VP62R TL SST/SUR delivers premium, room-filling sound with minimal visual footprint.
