Its unique composite design is resistant to EMI/RFI interference and is CMP plenum-rated. Please note this cable does not carry enough power to charge most USB endpoints and is intended for transporting high-quality video and audio signals. This cable is backward compatible with signals less than USB 3.0 including USB 2.0.
