The NP-M283X offers a throw ratio of 1.24 to 2.1:1 with 1.7x zoom. Its connections include HDBaseT, VGA, composite video via RCA, two HDMI, and an RCA stereo and 3.5mm mini input for audio. It also features 15-pin VGA video and 3.5mm mini audio outputs. Images can be shown via USB from an external drive for added versatility. The projector has a 20W speaker built in, and includes a VGA cable and remote control.
