Its 4500 lumens of brightness and 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio work together to overcome light in most rooms and provide detail in dark areas of the image. It sports a 1920 x 1200 WUXGA native resolution for viewing detailed video, pictures, or data. The 1.09 to 1.77:1 throw ratio offers a range of throw distances for focused images from nearly anywhere in the room.
The PT-VMZ40U features composite video, VGA, and two HDMI inputs to connect to nearly any device. One VGA port can act either as a second input or an output to daisy-chain multiple projectors or displays. The projector is controllable via the included wireless remote control, Ethernet, or RS-232 with various control software options.
The PT-VMZ40U outputs up to 4500 lumens of brightness from a 15.9 lb body, bringing dynamic images where you need them.
The SOLID SHINE laser light source is designed to deliver up to 20,000 hours of consistent brightness and color accuracy.
The projector’s 1.6x zoom, horizontal and vertical lens shift, and 1.09 to 1.77:1 throw ratio help it fit in a variety of installation settings.
The PT-VMZ40U supports 4K UHD signals via HDMI, scaling resolutions down to Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The included filter can be washed and reused twice, providing a reduced total cost of ownership.
With a separately sold adapter, you can project wirelessly from your compatible source device.
