Description

Made to supply some of the best quality in home theater visuals and audio, the TX-RZ50 9.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver from Onkyo is fully THX certified, supports 11.2-channel processing with pre-outs for a 7.2.4-channel system, and can output up to 8K video at 60 Hz. This foundation is built with a series of features that enhance your music, TV, movie, and gaming experiences.

Sound can be calibrated specifically for your room using DIRAC Live Room Correction, games can be lag-free with technologies supplied thanks to the receiver's HDMI 2.1 support, and Ultra HD video can be sent to two locations in your home simultaneously. Add in smart home integration and online access, and you can expand the content the TX-RZ50 can receive via online services, mobile devices, and more.

DIRAC Live Room Correction
Unlock the full potential of your home theater speakers by automatically calibrating their sound to your specific room with DIRAC Live Calibration. It's done via one of two methods. You can either use the included wired microphone and your smartphone, or use the Dirac Live Windows or macOS app with an (optional) 3rd party USB mic.

Zone 2 HDMI Switching
Two different, high-quality video signals can be output to two separate rooms in your home and watched simultaneously. One room can enjoy full 8K resolution at 60 Hz, while the other can view 4K content at 120 Hz.

Enhanced Gaming
With a console that supports HDMI 2.1, you can access an array of gaming-specific technologies that work to provide smooth 4K/120 gameplay. ALLM allows the console to automatically select your TV's game mode, while both VRR and QFT work to minimize lag and graphic tearing.
