The Atlona AT-AVA-EX70-2PS-KIT is a professional-grade HDBaseT extender kit that includes both a transmitter and receiver, designed for extending 4K/UHD HDMI signals up to 230 feet (70 meters) over a single CAT6A/7 cable. Supporting video resolutions up to 4K/60 @ 4:2:0 and HDR (10-bit color), this kit is ideal for residential, educational, and commercial AV installations where signal integrity and distance are critical. The system transmits HDMI, IR, and RS-232 control signals while maintaining full HDCP 2.2 compliance and EDID pass-through. Both units are powered via individual power supplies (2PS), and the kit supports HDMI audio formats including LPCM, Dolby Digital, and DTS. Extend your transmission of HDMI DCI/UHD 4K60 video signals up to 130' using the Avance 4K HDMI Transmitter and Receiver HDBaseT Extender Kit from Atlona. The kit includes a transmitter, receiver, two power supplies, and surface mounting hardware to fit these compact units easily into your A/V environment in a classroom, conference room, or event space.
The transmitter inputs up to DCI/UHD 4K video via HDMI from a computer, Blu-ray, camera, or other HDMI source, and it sends the signal via HDBaseT over Cat 6/6a cable up to 130' to the receiver. If transmitting up to 1080p60 video resolution, you can send the signal up to 230' over Cat 6/6a. The units also support embedding up to 24-bit 192 kHz audio.
The extender system supports EDID filtering, HDCP 1.4/2.2 as well as CEC passthrough control. The front of the units feature LED status indicators for power, test, and link, and all the connectors are on the back. A micro-USB port on each unit allows you to update the firmware with future updates.
