If you're looking for a television option that better integrates into your home decor, then the 2022 model of The Serif LS01B 55" 4K HDR Smart QLED TV from Samsung is an ideal option. The thick I-shaped bezel makes the display seem more a piece of furniture than a TV, which is further showcased by using the included detachable easel TV stand. Without the stand, the white bezel is thick enough to stand The Serif on its own, and the top can even be used as a display shelf. Inside the frame is a brilliant 4K HDR QLED panel with Wi-Fi access to various streaming content options, such as mobile device mirror, online services via Samsung's Smart Hub, and Xbox gaming via Samsung's Gaming Hub.
Place Anyway with Thick Bezel or Easel Stand
The I-shaped bezel around The Serif is thick enough to allow the TV to stand on any flat surface, or you can opt to use the included stylish detachable easel stand. With both options, you can place The Serif almost anywhere in your home. The thick bezel on top of The Serif also acts as a shelf that can hold personal knick-knacks, pictures, and collectibles.
Ambient Mode+
When you're not actively viewing content on The Serif, you can use Ambient Mode+ to utilize the blank screen as a large photo frame or information display. Stream photos, the news, and more to The Serif from your phone using the SmartThings app for Android and iOS, or AirPlay for Apple devices.
Tap View
Owners of Samsung Galaxy mobile devices with Android OS 8.1 or higher can use Tap View, a feature that sends what you see on your phone onto The Sero in seconds with just a tap.
Mobile Mirroring
Similar to Tap View, you can enjoy your mobile content on the big screen by streaming to The Serif. Simply use the SmartThings app for Android and iOS, or AirPlay for Apple devices.
Gaming Hub Powered by Xbox
Get your game on without a console by using the built-in Samsung Gaming Hub. Gaming Hub gives you the ability to stream and play a host of popular Xbox games, such as Halo and Minecraft. All you need to do is supply an Xbox controller. Please note that a subscription fee also applies and high-speed internet access is required.
Samsung Smart Hub
Connect The Serif to the internet and use Smart Hub to stream TVs and movies. The hub gives you access to a host of streaming services, such as Prime Video, Disney+, and AppleTV. Please note that many Smart Hub streaming apps will require their own subscription fee for access to their content.
Eco Remote
The Eco Remote can be used to control The Serif and has the eco-friendly distinction of not needing alkaline batteries. It has an integrated rechargeable battery that can be charged via ambient sunlight by flipping over the remote to expose its built-in solar cell. If there's not enough sunlight to do the job, you can always plug the Eco Remote into an optional USB Type-C power adapter.
