NEC AS221F-BK Overview
The AccuSync AS221F-BK 21.5" 16:9 IPS Monitor from NEC offers a large workspace with eco-friendly benefits. Thanks to ECO Mode, with reduced power consumption, the life of the display can be extended, especially when combined with LED backlighting and NEC's Intelligent Power Manager. These features, as well as a 3-sided narrow bezel, help making this display suitable for small- to medium-sized business environments. The AS221F-BK is equipped with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz, In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology, support for 16.7 million colors, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, a 250 cd/m2 brightness rating, and a 6 ms (GtG) response time. Using the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, it is possible to watch content from virtually any position.
This display has one DisplayPort 1.1a port, one HDMI port, one VGA port, and a 3.5mm audio input. The DisplayPort and HDMI ports also support audio input, and audio can be output using the dual integrated 1W stereo speakers or the 3.5mm headphone jack. Also supported is HDCP 1.3 and 1.4. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the AS221F-BK features a vertical tilt of -5 to 20°. If you'd like to mount this display on a wall, it is compatible with 100 x 100mm VESA mounts.
